Peeter Aan
Peeter has over 30 years of experience in sport and strength training and is a former top-level competitor. His background runs from swimming and triathlon to bodybuilding, fitness, powerlifting, shooting and strongman. He has worked as a coach since 1999.
- 8th place at a World Strongman Cup stage
- 3× 1st place in powerlifting at the World Police and Fire Games
- Estonian champion in bodybuilding · 5th at the fitness World Championships
A long competitive career has also brought injuries and recoveries. Having started over himself, he understands well how to begin carefully after an injury or a long break, choose the right load and move forward step by step.
- 5× top three at Eestimaa Rammumees
- Over 20 Estonian Police titles · over 40 podium places
- 2× best powerlifter in Tartu County
A father of seven, he has coached his own children too — they have won several Estonian titles in weightlifting and powerlifting. At 50 Peeter still competes: at IRONMAN 70.3 Tallinn 2026 he swam the 1.9 km leg for his team, which placed 12th out of nearly 150.
